Jasmine Smith, representing St Johns Park Bowling Club, started playing bowls in 2017 at just 10 years old. With her sister Brianna training under Sharyn Renshaw, Jasmine was already always at the club with her mum — and it didn’t take long for Sharyn to encourage her to have a go too. Since then, she’s never looked back. Using Taylor GTRs (size 3), Jasmine loves the reliability and quality that’s been there since the very first bowls she ever used and owned. Inspired by Ellen Fife, Jasmine’s proudest moment so far was winning the Junior Golden Nugget in 2024. Through bowls, she’s also had the chance to travel across Australia, meet heaps of people, and make so many new friends — all while keeping things balanced with music, friends, and her other favourite hobbies off the green.
